4 live Zoom sessions | Max. 6 participants | Starting Tue, 18.11, 6:00 PM
Which one are you? ⬇️
😠 Do your words in English sometimes sound too direct and harsh? When you disagree, it feels like arguing. Feedback comes across as criticism.
🫣 Or maybe you’re too careful. You avoid disagreeing or giving bad news, and people overlook your opinions or don’t take you seriously.
When English isn’t your first language, it’s easy to sound too direct or too soft without meaning to. And when that happens, messages get misunderstood, people take things personally, and projects or deals fall through.
The good news? Diplomacy and tact are skills you can build. Once you do, you’ll know exactly how to sound respectful and confident, even in tricky situations.
In this SpeakUp series, you’ll learn how to:
Give (negative) feedback that leads to action
Disagree without creating conflict or tension
Speak about sensitive topics calmly and confidently
Answer difficult or unexpected questions with clarity and professionalism
All in 4 practical, interactive sessions where you'll do a loooot of speaking 💬.
Suitable for Intermediate & Upper-Intermediate English speakers (min. 18 points on the test)

You feel that giving negative feedback in English always sounds harsher than you intend.
So you often hold back and don't always say what you think.
You even avoid disagreeing because you're afraid it might sound like arguing.
You freeze or stumble when asked a difficult question in English meetings.
You want to speak clearly, politely, and confidently so your opinions are heard and respected.
Your English level is intermediate-advanced. If you're unsure about your language level, you can take this test. Score at least 18 points, and you’re ready to join!

This course gives you the power to overcome your fears. I have improved a lot since the moment I started and the feedback helped me to learn more about myself and my capabilities.
By far the most useful and valuable experience I've ever had when trying to improve my communication skills in English and my communication abilities overall. Ruxandra inspired me to leave my speaking inhibitions aside.
When I started these classes I wasn't able to speak in English in front of anybody. I was running away from meetings with foreign people. But now I'm the first who speaks in a meeting!
Probably more than 149 99 euros.
Hey there, I’m Ruxandra, your fluency & confidence coach!
Since 2010, I've been training hundreds of executives from all sorts of industries to become better communicators and presenters in English.
I specialize in helping non-native English speakers overcome language anxiety and speak in public with confidence and ease.
Armed with a Master's in Communication Studies and years of English teaching experience, I mix the art of communication with language expertise to create an integrated learning experience like no other.
My mission? To help you sound and feel as smart in English as you do in your native language. And then some more. 😊
You’ve got questions. I’ve got answers.
The SpeakUp Sessions are live, online group classes focused on improving your speaking confidence and communication skills in English. Each month, we focus on a different communication theme, explored across 4 sessions. Every session includes practical, interactive activities designed to help you speak more naturally and convincingly.
These classes are ideal for intermediate to advanced English speakers. This means that you can interact and communicate spontaneously in English even if you occasionally struggle with grammar and vocabulary.
Take this test to assess your level. If you score at least 18 points, then you're ready to join!
Check out this guide that will teach you what to do step by step, to decrease the chances of technical difficulties.
No specific preparation is needed! Just show up ready to participate, speak, and learn. I encourage an open and supportive environment, so don't worry if you feel a bit nervous at first.
The fee includes live training with interactive practice, learning materials, practical feedback, and 30-day access to the session recordings if requested.
You can pay securely by card when you book your spot for the month. Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll find all the session links waiting for you in your account—easy and stress-free.
No problem! If you miss one session, you have two options:
– Watch the session recording
– Or, if it’s Session 2 or 3, join the morning version on Wednesday at 11:30.
If you can’t join the entire month and change your mind before the program starts, just email me at least 48 hours before the first session and I’ll issue a full refund.
Spots are limited, so your early notice lets me offer your spot to someone else waiting to join.
I'm clearly not planning to ever do that, but hey, life is unpredictable. So if I ever need to cancel a session (due to illness or an emergency), I’ll either reschedule it or offer you a full refund for that session, whichever you prefer. You’ll always be informed in advance, and I’ll make sure you’re not left hanging.
Just 6 spots per group — don’t wait too long to sign up!
